The challenge and how Vinculum helped

Westside was planning to enable omni channel experience for its customers to enable them to shop online and fulfill from stores and warehouse, but due to multiple systems (ERP, Shipping partners, Shopify etc.) with no central OMS in place, they were facing alot of challenges:

  • Struggled with a fragmented ecosystem lacking a central Order Management System (OMS), hindering their omnichannel vision.
  • Faced hurdles in maintaining duplicate data across multiple platforms
  • Reassignment of transporter once the order shipment is complete

With Vinculum’s Omnichannel enabled OMS, Westside was able to operate centrally from one platform and also enabled fulfillment via multiple stores faster.
