Post COVID struck our lives, home delivery of goods became the new normal & was widely accepted by almost everyone across the globe. With time, faster & faster delivery within minutes became the aim for brands. Keeping in mind the market demand, the food delivery giant Swiggy came out with an instant-delivery service, Swiggy Instamart, for groceries and household goods that may give it an edge over existing grocery delivery majors. WIth increase in orders, difficulty in performing warehouse operation manually lead to slight operational delays and inefficiencies. Stock and Inventory tracking across locations was also coming up as a challenge.
