The challenge and how Vinculum helped
Maintaining a seamless order and inventory management system and building efficiencies in its operation for nationwide delivery was a big challenge for Sastodeal. Improvising the warehousing and 3PL function and increasing capacity was the need of the hour. They also wanted to manage first-mile and last-mile deliveries. Vinculum provided us with services to manage the majority of the operational processing, majorly automated packaging as per the location of the customer, and selecting the 3PL partners. With API integration to other channels like Magento and Shipox, it has been easier for us to manage the reports of daily purchases, inventory levels, inventory risk, and dispatch alignment. Besides, Vinculum's order processing also enables us to track the order, from the first-mile delivery to the last-mile delivery.
